This mid-century modern home in Horseshoe Bay sleeps 14 across 4 bedrooms plus a game room daybed, has a pool and hot tub, three outdoor living spaces, 3 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, and a game room that nobody wants to leave.

**INDOORS**

Lake views from the living room, dining room, and eat-in kitchen on the main floor. The kitchen is fully stocked, or fire up the propane grill right outside. The kitchen table seats 8 and doubles as a poker table, puzzle station, or board game spot.

The game room is where the night usually ends up, full bar, ping pong, foosball, Smart TV, daybed with trundle, and complimentary popcorn.

The cove water at the house is about 3 feet deep. It is not ideal for swimming, but perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding. The main lake is 100 feet away. Trailers cannot park at the house per HOA rules. LBJ Yacht Club is 5 minutes away at $15/night. Horseshoe Bay is right around the corner but we do not have access to their resort amenities.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
